周林，医学博士。2012年毕业于复旦大学获学士学位，2015年毕业于复旦大学附属中山医院获硕士学位，2024年毕业于复旦大学附属中山医院获博士学位。2024年入职上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院。

以膀胱癌免疫治疗为研究方向，2024年入选上海市扬帆英才计划，主持上海市科委项目1项。科研上聚焦于膀胱癌免疫微环境，以小鼠原位膀胱癌模型、人体肿瘤组织芯片、公共大数据以及分子生物学技术为研究手段，深入研究膀胱癌关键分子及信号通路对肿瘤免疫微环境的驯化，从而促进膀胱癌的发生发展及耐药，为开发新的治疗靶点奠定基础。

以第一作者先后在OncoImmunology，J Urol、J Am Coll Surg 等国际权威泌尿外科学和肿瘤学期刊发表SCI 论文5 篇；此外还以共同第一作者在Urol Oncol、World J Urol等国际知名杂志发表SCI 论文4 篇。
